Henryk Tomaszewski, the predecessor of Polish poster design. His wor -ks had minimalistic in language and personal in style. At the end of the 50s, he started teaching as the professor at the the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and has therefore attracted young designers from all over Europe, which helped brought Polish design to new heights. And he had always walked the line between design and art. His works are simpler, lonelier, and more rational, which differs from the loud Polish style of design at the time.

Ziel der Ausstellung ist es, sowohl einem Fachpublikum als auch der interessierten Öffentlichkeit einen Einblick in eine sich seit den 1980er Jahren in China lebendig entwickelnden Designszene zu gewähren.
